The Guadalhorce Valley
We serve businesses in Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Alhaurín de la Torre, Cártama, Pizarra, Álora, Almogía and Valle de Abdalajís, as well as the neighbouring towns of Guaro and Monda. Many are family-owned companies and small businesses that have grown with the valley, including businesses run by foreign residents, and that now face decisions their legal structure never anticipated: the next generation joining, separating the business from its property, or a new partner coming in.
If you are looking for a lawyer in Alhaurín el Grande, Alhaurín de la Torre or Cártama for a company matter, our office in Coín is a short drive away. All documents can be provided in Spanish and in English, and we can arrange for you to be assisted in English. We focus on business matters: family business planning, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructuring, holding companies and external legal counsel on a retainer.
Malaga city and its metropolitan area
We advise companies in Malaga city and its surroundings on corporate transactions, business sales and M&A, corporate governance and directors’ liability. Meetings can be held at our office in Coín, at the client’s premises or by video call, depending on the matter.
The Costa del Sol
On the Costa del Sol we work mainly with foreign investors and business owners and with companies linked to tourism, services and real estate. We explain this in more detail on our page for a lawyer in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Nationwide and international clients
Many corporate matters can be handled entirely at a distance: documents are reviewed, meetings are held by video call and signing before a notary is arranged wherever is most convenient for the client. That is why some matters and formalities we handle nationwide and for foreign investors: we look at each case. All documents can be provided in Spanish and in English, and we can arrange for you to be assisted in English.
We also work with law firms in Malaga and in other provinces that instruct us on the company law side of their matters, as we explain on our page on co-counsel for other law firms.
