How she works
Sara approaches company law as corporate architecture: a company’s structure has to evolve with its business, and it is far more effective to design it in good time than to repair it once a dispute arises. Her aim is to turn corporate law into an active tool for profitability, legal certainty and risk anticipation, so that her clients can take decisions under executive pressure. Her work therefore combines three things:
- Studying the documents and the business before proposing a legal solution.
- Choosing the simplest option that achieves the goal, even if it means doing less.
- Coordinating with the tax adviser or accountants (gestoría), the notaries and the registries, commercial and land, so that the solution works in practice.
She handles each matter personally, from the initial contact to completion, always backed by the rest of the firm’s team.
Who she works for
Her clients are companies and business owners in the Guadalhorce Valley, Malaga and the Costa del Sol that are growing or changing: shareholders bringing someone in, families preparing a handover, owners buying or selling, and investors from abroad joining a Spanish company. A good part of her work also comes from other law firms, in Malaga and in other provinces, that instruct her on the company law side of their matters: structures, holding companies and M&A transactions. Some matters and formalities she handles nationwide, working with law firms and advisers in other provinces.
